Hi, my name is Javier Concha, i’m a student from Chile of Computer Engeneer and I’m working on my Final Project with BWAPI, but a I had some troubles. I can’t find a method that allow me know what regions I control, and what others control the enemy. I’m working on the maps of tournament 1 and it’s very important make the diference on the map for the strategy.
I hope you can give me some clues, because i can’t find much documentation about BWAPI, so I hope you can help me.

    I wait for your answer.

      Hi Javier,
There is support for regions in BWTA: http://code.google.com/p/bwta/wiki/Region
You will have to write your own methods to see what regions you ‘control’. For example, you could loop through all regions and count the number of units in them.
All documentation is in the wiki pages of the BWAPI, BWSAL and BWTA projects. Good luck!
